The LIMITLESS pure Arcanist trial healer carries group utility single-handedly: Major Courage, group-wide Major Force, Major Vitality, free Ultimate for the raid, three lanes of resource sustain, and raid-wide shields — with zero overlapping buffs and zero subclassing. The first PvE entry in the Class Awakens series.

Erudite's Rigor Upgrades the Fatewoven Armor line — and Cruxweaver Armor is a Fatewoven morph. While it's active, taking damage inflicts Minor Cowardice on your attacker, grants Major Vitality to you and your group for 4 seconds, and grants 1 Ultimate for every Crux you have active, once every 2 seconds.
Ink-Scribe's Verve While in combat, when you heal or overheal a total of 100,000 Health, you generate a Crux and grant you and your group Major Force for 10 seconds, increasing Critical Damage by 20%.

Who This Build Is For

Every healer has been in that group — the numbers look incredible on paper, and the raid wipes anyway. Big green bars, dead teammates, zero coordination. This build is my antidote to the chaotic group run: a pure Arcanist trial healer designed to carry group utility single-handedly. A major damage buff, a critical damage buff, a healing-received buff, free Ultimate, free resource sustain, and a sixty percent damage shield — all landing on your raid frames at the same time, with zero wasted overlap, and without borrowing a single skill from another class. If your group's buff uptimes are lacking, you are the fix. The LIMITLESS name isn't clickbait; it's an audit result — every named buff on this build has exactly one source.

Character & Consumables

Class Awakens ground rules apply: all three skill line slots stay native, no subclassing, because since Update 50 that choice pays you in Class Mastery passives — and the Arcanist healer passives are absurd. The character is an Argonian, but nothing here is race-locked. Run The Ritual mundus, Witchmother's Potent Brew, all sixty-four attribute points into Magicka, and five light, one medium, one heavy. On potions: Inspired Scholarship keeps Major Brutality and Major Sorcery running just by being slotted, so plain Magicka or tri-stat potions do fine — no expensive spellpower pots required.

The Set Trio

The set trio is the thesis. Five pieces of Pillager's Profit on the body collect four percent Healing Done and Minor Aegis on the way up, and the five-piece is the star: cast an Ultimate in combat, and up to eleven other group members within twelve meters are granted two percent of what you spent, every two seconds, over ten seconds. Your ult casts pay for everyone else's. Spell Power Cure runs on the jewelry and the front-bar restoration staff — and yes, that's a full five-piece up front, because staves count as two set pieces. Overheal yourself or an ally and the target gains Major Courage for five seconds; overhealing is a healer's default state, so you are a Courage sprinkler. Symphony of Blades adds another four percent Healing Done and turns heals into a resource battery — heal anyone under half their primary resource and they get a six-second stream of Magicka or Stamina, and since the eighteen-second cooldown is per target, it rotates the whole raid all fight. The back bar is a Maelstrom lightning staff carrying Crushing Wall, because back bar is where this healer moonlights as support DPS.

No Trial Gear Yet? Run It Anyway

Law of Julianos, craftable at six traits, trades the group's Courage proc for crit chance, Magicka, and a flat three hundred Weapon and Spell Damage while you farm Spell Power Cure — bigger personal heals, smaller group footprint, and I want you honest with your raid lead about that trade. Order's Wrath is friendlier at three traits: crit chance plus eight percent Critical Damage and Critical Healing, and because that eight percent isn't a named buff, it stacks on top of the Major Force you'll be handing out from Ink-Scribe's Verve. Sustain problems instead? Wretched Vitality, also three traits, pays you Magicka and Stamina Recovery every time you apply a Major or Minor buff with a duration — which this build does practically every global. Any lightning staff completes a five-piece until the Maelstrom version drops. Budget versions lose pieces, not identity — the identity lives in the class.

The Crux Economy

Three generators, no spender — that's deliberate. Chakram of Destiny hands you a Crux on every cast, Cruxweaver Armor generates one whenever something hits you (up to once every five seconds), and Ink-Scribe's Verve pays one out per hundred thousand Health healed. Inspired Scholarship only tops you up when you're at zero — it's a floor, not a firehose. Since nothing slotted spends Crux, the build camps at maximum on purpose: every held Crux fattens your healing through Healing Tides and converts into Ultimate income through Erudite's Rigor every time something hits you. Cruxweaver Armor looks like a humble self-buff on the bar; the passives make it the best button on it.

Class Mastery: The Reason Pure Class Is the Premise

Ink-Scribe's Verve is the crown jewel. Every hundred thousand Health you heal or overheal grants your entire group Major Force for ten seconds — twenty percent more Critical Damage. Stop and appreciate that: group-wide Major Force used to cost something real. Aggressive Horn burns two hundred fifty Ultimate for ten seconds of it; Saxhleel Champion is a trial set that grants one second per fifteen Ultimate spent. A brand-new pure Arcanist gets the same named buff at the same tier from a passive — no trial clears, no set slot, no ultimate economy. The math is friendly, too: averaging ten thousand healing per second, overheal included, keeps it rolling, and real trial fights feed you far more. The horn keeps its job for the max-stat buff, but the Force is simply yours now. Erudite's Rigor is the quieter half — Major Vitality for the group, Minor Cowardice on attackers, and Ultimate income scaled by your camped Crux, all riding on Cruxweaver Armor.

Gameplay Loop

Open on the back bar — Blockade, Elemental Drain, Cruxweaver Armor, Zenas' vortex, Scholarship — then swap front and live there. Keep Radiating Regeneration and Healing Springs rolling, Combat Prayer on rhythm, orbs floating down the lane, and Chakram of Destiny when damage comes or you want Crux. Ultimates go out by need: Reviving Barrier for planned mitigation windows, Gibbering Shelter for emergencies — and every cast showers the group with Ultimate through Pillager's. Nobody has to assign you anything; the comp is built in.

Limitations, Honestly

Five light and a Magicka-stacked health pool means positioning is your armor. Combat Prayer and Chakram of Destiny care where you're facing. Major Courage only flows while you're front-barred, so don't camp the lightning staff. And Gibbering Shelter's shields scale off your Max Health — on a healer this Magicka-heavy, treat it as a raid-wide mitigation window, not a wall. It carries dungeons easily, but those eleven-ally numbers tell you it was born for trials.

Class Awakens Continues

This is the second Arcanist entry in Class Awakens and the first PvE build in the series — the A1 IMPENETRABLE covered the Cyrodiil side. The Dragonknight is next, and with Season One landing July eighth there's plenty of testing footage on the way. The full build is in The Hist, every piece and champion point laid out.
