Group Architect alpha, Judgment's Brand correction, Advanced Analysis hidden pending rebuild
This release ships three substantial changes. The Group Architect — a top-down planning tool for 12-person group composition — opens to alpha testers. A Class Mastery passive value (Judgment's Brand on Templar) has been corrected to match the live PTS tooltip, surfacing the methodology limit of the automated audit pipeline and validating the new screenshot-verification protocol. Three sections of the Advanced Analysis accordion (Build Score, Sustain Analysis, Build Audit) have been temporarily hidden because their calibration predates several months of seed-accuracy work and they were misrepresenting current builds. The underlying backend remains intact; the rebuild is scheduled as Phase AA post-U50 launch.
- Advanced Analysis accordion temporarily hides the Build Score badge, Sustain Analysis depletion bar, and Build Audit grade with bullet warnings. These were calibrated against an earlier version of the calculator and were misrepresenting current builds — well-built characters were grading 'F / 38 / Unoptimized' with fake sustain warnings while sustaining indefinitely in-game. Front Bar Skills tooltips, Back Bar Skills tooltips, and Stat Contributions remain visible. The HUD grade badge at the top of the optimizer continues to display.
- Group Architect opens to alpha testers at /architect. Plan a full group composition top-down: define what each slot must contribute (buff coverage, required sets, mythics, weapon types, class, scribed skills, tactical flags, stat minimums) before building individual characters into those slots.
- Architect supports three group modes: PvE Trial (12), PvP Ball Group (12), and PvP Small Scale with adjustable slot counts up to 24.
- Live coverage dashboard in the Architect — buff and debuff coverage, set overlap detection, tactical flag coverage, and gap analysis update in real time as slot requirements change.
- Group-buffed stat view — each slot's per-character combat stats with the full group's buffs applied. Solo-vs-group delta surfaced in a side-by-side table.
- Build This Slot handoff — single click from an Architect slot to the optimizer with the slot's requirements pre-populated. Optimizer surfaces a context banner identifying the originating group and slot.
- Architect groups share via /group/{slug} URLs the same way builds do, with a Copy Link button for direct sharing to Discord or team coordination.
- PTS Class Mastery values cross-verified during the v0.17.7 audit pass. Six values were screenshot-checked against the in-game PTS tooltips: five values held in Hist's database, one (Judgment's Brand) required the correction above. The other 29 Class Mastery values carry the audit pipeline's standard high confidence.
- Defensive null-safe guard added to the Discord Copy flow. Previously the copyForDiscord function could throw a TypeError when the audit card was unavailable in the DOM; the guard falls back to in-memory state when the DOM element is absent.
- Judgment's Brand (Templar Class Mastery) value corrected from 1250 to 1400 to match the live PTS tooltip. Both the Hist seed and the addon export carried the same stale value, leaving the discrepancy invisible to the automated audit comparator. Screenshot verification against the in-game PTS client was the only method that surfaced the gap.
- Session 68 audit re-pass against the SD-1 comparator pipeline confirmed zero genuine seed drift across class passives, racial passives, food, CP, and guild dimensions. The nine flagged mismatches were all benign: seven PTS-override false positives, one cross-race rank-1 artifact (Argonian — no own-race character in the bot roster), and one cosmetic CP metadata discrepancy on a conditional passive that never enters the derivation calculation.
- /api/class-mastery-passives now returns the corrected Judgment's Brand value when queried in PTS mode. Live mode response shape unchanged.
Previous releases
Visual overhaul — glassmorphism, sticky stats, britt0nia brand alignment
A focused visual redesign aligning the optimizer with the broader britt0nia brand language. The function-first UI established through v0.10.0 and v0.11.0 has been replaced with a glassmorphism aesthetic, DM Sans typography, and the britt0nia color palette (pink primary, lavender, teal, gold, mint accents over a dark base). A sticky stats HUD has been added to the optimizer so the active build's headline numbers remain visible during gear and skill changes. Footer version displays across all 8 site pages have been normalized to the current production version.
- Sticky stats HUD pinned to the optimizer header. Active build's Max Magicka, Max Stamina, Max Health, Spell Damage, Weapon Damage, Crit values, and Recovery remain visible during all input changes.
- Glassmorphism card styling applied to all content surfaces — backdrop blur, subtle border highlights, soft shadow under hover.
- Britt0nia brand color palette applied throughout: pink primary, lavender, teal, gold, and mint accents on a dark #161a22 base. DM Sans typography across all headings and body text.
- Section icons added to each optimizer panel for faster visual scanning (race + class, gear, skill bars, CP, mundus, buffs).
- Footer normalized across all 8 site pages to display the current production version and ESO data version consistently. Previously several pages were showing stale version strings from earlier releases.
- Nav ribbon present on every page with consistent 6-link layout. My Builds dropdown moved to the top-right for faster access.
- Mystical card hover glow and aurora particle effects on landing surfaces — visual identity reinforcement without compromising input performance.
- Stale footer versions on the index, about, and achievements pages were displaying values from earlier releases. All three have been brought current.
Character sheet buff layer, gear save fix, skill line persistence
An internal release closing several persistent quality-of-life issues in the optimizer. The character sheet now models active buffs as a separate layer over base stats, exposing each buff's individual contribution to derived values. A long-standing build-save bug that intermittently dropped monster set head or shoulder pieces on reload has been resolved and verified across the 12 most-equipped meta sets. The skill line dropdown now persists across page navigations within a session.
- Character sheet buff layer — active buffs (Major/Minor Sorcery, Heroism, Brutality, Resolve, etc.) toggle independently and surface their individual contribution to each derived stat.
- Build saves containing monster set head or shoulder pieces could intermittently drop the piece on reload. Resolved and verified across the 12 most-equipped meta monster sets.
- Skill line dropdown reset to default on every page navigation. Selection now persists within the browser session.
- Duplicate undo entries were accumulating on every gear swap, producing browser memory growth on long sessions.
Final polish pass — cache headers, footer normalization, full QA
The closing release of the build-saving development arc (Phase 8). This pass addresses production-grade concerns that were deferred during feature work: HTTP cache headers, footer version display consistency, and a final QA pass against the in-game character sheet on a real geared Breton DK build. The accuracy QA produced a 13-of-13-stats match within 0.2%, declaring the calculator production-stable for the v0.15.x line. Browser caching has been a recurring source of confusion for testers; the Cache-Control: no-cache header on HTML responses makes deploys immediately visible after a refresh.
- Cache-Control: no-cache applied to HTML responses. Deploys are visible to testers on the next page load rather than requiring hard refresh.
- Footer normalized across all pages to display version, ESO data version, and the britt0nia attribution.
- Accuracy QA pass on Breton DK geared build: 13 of 13 stats match the in-game character sheet within 0.2%. Calculator declared production-stable for the v0.15.x line.
- Empty-state messaging clarified across the optimizer (new build, no skills slotted, no gear equipped, no CP allocated).
- Stat Source Breakdown panel was double-counting Champion Point contributions on certain race + class combinations.
- Reload-from-saved-build flow occasionally lost the equipped mythic on the optimizer side when the build had been edited after save.
- Set library expanded to 706+ verified sets across the three-tier verification taxonomy.
